Mindfulness and how can help you to be better parent?

Do you know what is Mindfulness? The answer is that teach every individual to be present in the moment rather than being distracted about the past or projecting into the future.

Teaching mindfulness to young people gives them crucial tools to deal with the pressures of life. It’s empowering and once they know how to do it, they can draw on it whenever they need to. Tonbridge School in Kent and Hampton School in Middlesex were the first British schools to include mindfulness in the curriculum for all 13 and 14 years olds in 2010.

Mindfulness is proven technique that will improve all areas of life by freeing you up to make the most of every moment.

Don’t forget to live the now, to enjoy the journey. In this way you have already reached to Mindfulness that is about enjoying life moment by moment, rather than stressing about what does or doesn’t lie ahead of you.

It’s about seeing each moment as a gift to be experienced as it happens, instead of sleepwalking through it, while your mind is on something else.

But how we could apply mindfulness in children education, the answer it is around observation of your feelings and especially of your anger.

You get angry with your children very often when they do something wrong. Please don’t confuse yourself by being angry!

It’s normal to get anger , but wait until cools, so start observing it learn to see it before you lose your temper, observe the through patterns that lead to these emotions and when you recognize them you won’t continue with those through patterns and you will find better more helpful to manage your anger.
