Sandy is Greek - Canadian. She grew up in Krestena Ilias, in Greece. She earned her bachelor’s degree in National Kapodistrian University of Athens Greece with a double major in Italian & Spanish Language and Literature.
She earned her Master’s degree in Political Science and History in Panteion University of Athens, with thesis topic: ''Sicily during the period of Domination by Normans. A unique example of Christianity, Muslim and Jewish Syncretism in the Western European Area’’.
She is currently working on her Phd dissertation research.
Sandy has completed journalism studies and for the last few years she has been a columnist for educational and psychological issues.
She is an Academic Success Coach and Life Coach, received her coaching Certification from Express Coaching an accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada.
She has been trained also in Positive Psychology and Solution Focus Therapy. Sandy is currently the proud owner of
''Supporting People -Supporting Lives'' and brings experience working with women, men, and students to her business.
In her career has worked for more than 9 years in Education sector and as Certified teacher in Greece and in London.
She has worked for all levels of education, from nursery schools to secondary schools and colleges as Teacher and Leader.
Currently works for the Education as well as Early years School Leader in London.
She is a motivational speaker on ''Sunday with Sandy TV'' and Founder of ''Lifelong Women Learners'', a community that motivates and supports women to lifelong learning education. She created an education-based program focused on expanding woman life coping skills.
She is well traveled due the travel agency that her parents own in Greece.
When she’s not working, she likes cooking for entertainment nights for friends and family. For her the most beautiful place to be is in the garden of her house in her hometown with loved ones.
